Last week I was visiting a new client in the San Francisco Millennium Residential Towers. Could not believe I was on the 48th floor. Living in Napa most of the time, I rarely even go higher than a third floor any where. I looked out the windows and did not believe the reality of it. A work man was just coming up on a window lift as I first looked out, still an unbelievable sight to me.
Here are some ideas of my custom made chalk and bulletin boards in custom home offices, craft rooms and entry rooms. Also the use of the cork board behind the desk on the wall in the wall unit office with everything in it. A little messy when all open, but it closes up very neatly. Therefore, all closed up allows the client to enjoy their living room with out the office beckoning them to go back to work.
During the first of the year while doing our clearing the warehouse time, we let go of some defunct ed doors and drawer fronts from our shop. I could not just let them go to the trash, so I repainted them to make bulletin boards and chalk boards as gifts. May be I will post on Etsy and start a new business. I love them, though and may not want to let them go further.
I made the small one as my word of the day board to hang in my office. Instead of listening to too much news, I limit that time of news and instead I improve my mind by listening to www.justvocabulary.com as a podcast on my iPhone.
