A SAN FRANCISCO LANDMARK!

This was a unique old building I saw today while driving around San Francisco today. I was in San Francisco working hard on a Saturday designing a nice Closet Organizer for a new client. My colleagues at RC Cabinets & Closets to follow to custom build it.

ST. HELENA ORGANIZER

This beautiful Mud Room is in the back of this lovely home in St. Helena and serves as the entry for the family.

It is good practice in Chinese Feng Shui to organize and beautify the entry of your home. Since the home owners and their children enter through the back porch, it was a good thing to organize and decorate it so it creates a pleasant feeling upon arriving home.

I designed this Mud Room along with the client to fit the needs of her two children and husband. It includes a mixture of clothes hanging hooks, cabinets and open shelving.

CUSTOM CLOSET ORGANIZED TO THE HILT

Can you believe all of these drawers are full and organized. This client had to downsize to a home three times smaller than the house she moved from. Therefore an enormous need to call upon a Closet Designer that knows her stuff. Yes, after 20 years, I should. We maximized the closet and gave her the many drawers and adjustable shelving and clothing rods she needed so desperately. I am not sure if she can go shopping after this downs size, certainly she must purge before she does.

Yofi is sporting her new summer nail polish color custom designed by Connoisseur Couture in Los Angeles.

ST. HELENA HOME TOUR

This is a very lovely front door of a talented interior designer located in St. Helena. Just a very small house tour but it was a favorite view for me that day. I will finish the tour later when I get to know this designer and trusting we will work together on some equally lovely custom closets and cabinets. Great spaces of cabinetry here in St. Helena, straight from our showroom in San Francisco and straight from RC Cabinets & Closets and Malka...

A CALIFORNIA CLOSET DELIGHT

Here in this dream closet of a life time with all the compartments this client would ever need.

Appropriate shelving for shoes and nicely deep shelving for her sweaters. Typically sweaters on a closet shelf are two shallow and the sweaters just tumble to the floor. These shelves at 16" deep allow tops and sweaters their due space. Corners are easy to access with delicately curved top shelving for out of season storage. Deeper drawers are in the center of the closet for all the little things that do not set well on shelves or rods. Those little things are of course our knickers and hose and maybe a jewelry drawer, but that is a secret a closet designer keeps with her client.
