NAPA MILL The Napa Mill is a fairly new hot spot in Napa that is an old building refurbished and created into a hotel and shops. The mosaics that wind around an outside patio were created by Alan Shepp and depicts the history of the Mexicans and Chinese and others in the Napa Valley and their tragedies with the Klu Klux Clan and other such groups.
Now Napa's historical architectural beauty.
